Rates subject to change without notice. A 20% deposit is payable when booking and the balance to be paid no later than one month (for peak period bookings), and two weeks for all other times, prior to your check-in date. Unfortunately your deposit will be forfeited upon cancellation if less than one month prior to your check-in date unless the property can be rebooked for this period. We suggest you consider comprehensive travel insurance to protect against any unforeseen cancellation. A bond of $350 is required with payment of the balance. The bond is fully refundable providing the house and grounds are left as you found them. There is no bond required when paying by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or Bankcard are accepted). However, in the unfortunate event that damage to the property does occur or additional cleaning is required, e.g. for pet hair on furniture or pest control, you will be notified by phone of the cost of repairs/extra cleaning and the amount to be deducted from your credit card/bond. Payment of this deposit will indicate acceptance of these booking conditions and the 'Pet Friendly Policy'. Check-in time is 2pm while check-out time is 10am unless otherwise negotiated. |
