Off peak bookings the minimum stay is 3 nights
  • Any weekday or weekend that is not in Peak or High Season
  • Short Stays of 3 nights from $230 per night based on 1-2 guests using Queen bedroom
  • Extra charges apply for extra guests and beds used. (Double beds only available)
  • Linen is included
  • Maximum of 6 guests
  • Dogs Welcome and stay for Free
  • Includes complimentary Wi Fi
  • Bedrooms include two Queen rooms and a Double room
During Peak times the minimum stay is 4 nights
  • Peak stays are school holidays (excluding Christmas/New Year weeks and Easter 4 days which are all HIGH Season)
  • Peak stay min 4 nights at $250 per night based on 1-2 guests using Queen bedroom
  • Extra charges apply for extra guests and beds used. (Double beds only available)
  • Linen is included
  • Maximum of 6 guests
  • Dogs Welcome and stay for Free
  • Includes complimentary Wi Fi
  • Bedrooms include two Queen rooms and a Double room
High Season the minimum stay is shown below
  • Christmas/New Year weeks and the Easter weekend are all HIGH Season)
  • High Season $270 per night (based on 1-2 guests using Queen bedroom)
  • Christmas and New Year weeks have a min booking of 7 nights each. Easter stays have a min booking of 4 nights
  • Linen is included
  • Maximum of 6 guests
  • Dogs Welcome and stay for Free
  • Includes complimentary Wi Fi
  • Bedrooms include two Queen rooms and a Double room

Bookings and Payments

Payments can be made by Direct Deposit to our bank account via PayId or using Credit Cards via the payment gateway Stripe.  Please note Credit Card payments may attract a surcharge.

A 20% deposit is required to confirm a booking.   The balance is to be paid no later than one month (for peak and High Season period bookings), and two weeks prior to your check-in date for all other periods.

Our COVID Policy

For COVID Lock Downs, we will refund you 100% of your payment(s) if your residential postcode becomes subject to a government Lock Down in your state (including QLD state border closures), or the Rainbow Beach postcode of 4581 locality becomes subject to a QLD government Lock Down.

Other Cancellations

Outside of refunds under our COVID Policy, refunds are only made available if cancellation is made 1 month prior to your check-in date.

Other things to Note

Please make sure you are booking for the number of guests who will be staying, our tariff is dependent on the number of guests and the beds required. At times the house may have beds already made up for guests arriving you.

If you have unexpected friends or family arrive during your stay let us know so that we are able to advise our cleaners in advance before they travel to Rainbow Beach to clean for our next guests.

This way they can factor in bringing extra linen and also the extra time they require to ensure the home is ready for our next guests.

Are there any Other Charges?

We do NOT charge any extra for your dog/s to stay or for the normal cleaning that is required for the number of guests you have booked in.

However, if extra guest beds are used or additional cleaning is required e.g.  pet hair on furniture/ doggie droppings not collected, pest control needed, excessive sand inside the house, or in the unfortunate event that damage/loss occurs during your stay we reserve the right to pass on these costs for reimbursement/replacement.

Payment of your deposit will indicate acceptance of these booking conditions and our ‘Pet Friendly Policy’. (see Below)

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in time is from 2pm while check-out time is by 10am unless otherwise negotiated.

Pet Friendly Information and Policy

Dogs of all sizes are always welcome at Delphi’s whether, great or small or somewhere in between.

We do understand how hard it is to find nice places to stay with our dogs, and therefore we would like to share our holiday home with you and your best friend/s. Please note we have a maximum limit of two dogs per booking. Of course they are welcome inside, but we ask that you bring their own bedding/towels and do not let them on the furniture.

In the best interests of yourselves and for our other guests, please ensure that your canine friend/s have a flea treatment before your stay.

Please ensure that you collect any doggie droppings or bones before you leave. As our home is in a pleasant bushland setting we also ask that you ensure your pet/s do not harm the wildlife.

We would also ask that you are considerate of other holiday makers and permanent residents and ensure that your dog does not cause undue noise or disruption to their peace and quiet.
